We typically reply within 2–3 business days.

Pitching a guest post or sponsored content? Add “Guest Post Inquiry” or “Sponsored Post Inquiry” to your subject line so it’s routed correctly right away.

A real person on our small team reads and answers this inbox. If your message needs to go to a specific person — Dr. Kumar for a clinical question, or our editorial team for a correction — just say so and we’ll make sure it gets there.

We know a lot of “contact us” pages exist mostly to check a box for site trust signals rather than to actually be used. Ours isn’t decorative — the inbox is genuinely monitored, and it’s the same route we’d want to reach a site through if the situation were reversed.

Guest Posts & Sponsored Content

Want to contribute a guide or propose a sponsored post? Email us with “Guest Post Inquiry” or “Sponsored Post Inquiry” in the subject line.

General Feedback

Suggestions, a product you’d like reviewed, or feedback on a guide — we read everything.

Before You Write In

For questions about how we work editorially, check our Editorial Policy, AI Disclosure, and Affiliate Disclosure — your question might already be answered there.

What We Can Help With

  • Factual or clinical corrections — an outdated product formulation, an incorrect ingredient claim, a broken retailer link. Include the article URL and what you believe is correct.
  • Guest posts and sponsored content — writers pitching a guide, or brands proposing sponsored coverage. Put “Guest Post Inquiry” or “Sponsored Post Inquiry” in your subject line and include your pitch or proposal up front.
  • Press and brand inquiries — companies reaching out about a product for consideration. Include the product name and any relevant documentation.
  • Partnerships and advertising — inquiries about sponsorships or ad placements.
  • General feedback — anything from “please review this brand” to feedback on a specific guide.

What We Can’t Do

We can’t provide individualized veterinary advice for your specific dog through this inbox — that requires an in-person exam by your own veterinarian. We can’t guarantee coverage of a specific product just because it was requested, and we don’t offer paid placement in our rankings.

If your dog is showing symptoms of illness or distress, please contact your own veterinarian or a local emergency animal hospital directly rather than waiting on a reply from us — general nutrition content isn’t equipped to handle an urgent situation, and speed matters far more than anything we could tell you by email.

Reporting a Clinical Concern

If you believe a specific guide contains a clinically inaccurate recommendation — not a typo, but something that could actually affect a dog’s health if followed — flag it as clearly as you can, including which claim concerns you and why. These reports get routed to Dr. Kumar for review rather than handled as a routine copy edit, since getting it right matters more than getting it fast.

Why No Contact Form

Contact forms often route through third-party plugins that add their own tracking on top of whatever this site already does, and they tend to funnel messages into a queue that’s easy to lose track of. A direct email address is simpler for you to use and simpler for us to stay on top of.

Response Times

Routine questions and feedback typically get a reply within 2–3 business days. Corrections involving a clinical claim can take a little longer, since they go through Dr. Kumar’s review rather than a quick copy fix. We’d rather take the extra day and get it right than rush a change we haven’t actually verified.

One More Thing

If you’ve emailed us and haven’t heard back within a week, it’s worth checking your spam folder before assuming we’ve ignored you — that’s the most common reason a reply doesn’t land. If it’s genuinely been missed, a short follow-up email is always welcome; we’d rather get a nudge than have a legitimate question quietly go unanswered.
